About Me
Hi, I’m Aubrie! I founded Opportunity Kitchen in 2018 to help nonprofit leaders develop revenue strategies and avoid burnout.
Leading a mission-driven organization is not easy. As a former Executive Director and Development Director, I know! You are under immense pressure to bring in the resources your organization needs. You are simultaneously managing the expectations of your Board, funders, and workforce. You’re also working passionately to change the world for the better.
When I work with clients and create resources, I bring more than a decade of experience in nonprofit management. I have worked with mission-driven companies with budgets from $250,000 through $25 million. I’ve lectured and led workshops at CUNY Brooklyn College, The Support Center for Nonprofit Management, the Nonprofit Coordinating Committee of New York, and the Nonprofit Learning Lab. I’m a Certified Health Coach, I have BAs in Psychology and Music Theatre from American University and an MFA in Performing Arts Management from CUNY Brooklyn College.
I am not currently accepting new clients, but if you are a nonprofit leader, I’d be happy to connect for a 30-minute call to discuss your needs and help you find the best resources.
